We invest heavily in our boats making sure they are comfortable, spacious and of course; instagram worthy.
We also use state of the art Philippine Jeepneys to transport guests and equipment to our loading areas. This touch gives our divers a unique and local experience only found at Reggae Dive Center.
This vessel, called a "Bangka", is a native watercraft of the Philippines. It originally referred to small double-outrigger dugout canoes used in rivers and shallow coastal waters. The outriggers are made from hollowed plastic tubes or bamboo to help balance the boat.
This vessel, built in 2010 and rebuilt in 2021 after the COVID-19 pandemic, is equipped with comfortable seating, a toilet and kitchen, tank storage area on the exterior as well as a newly built rooftop chill area with beanbags.
The name "Emily" comes from the name of the daughter of the owner of RDC, and "Sampaguita" is the national flower of the Philippines.
"Three Little Birds" (also called 3LB) was named after the hit song of Bob Marley.
Don't worry, about a thing
'Cause every little thing, gonna be all right
Singin', don't worry, about a thing
'Cause every little thing, gonna be all right
This vessel is equipped with comfortable seating, a toilet and kitchen, tank storage area on the exterior as well as a rooftop chill area with beanbags.
This Banka was first built in 2012 and rebuilt in 2022.
"Jielou" is one of our fixed rental boats and is proudly one of the best kept dive boats on the island due to the owner being a mechanic and the vessel having excellent passenger space.
She had just recently undergone a new paint job and redesign to allow for more space.
Depending on the season and their availability, we rent quality dive boats to ensure the comfort of our divers and staff. While other dive centers only get access to smaller rental boats, we have priority to spacious, larger and professionally crewed rental boats. All our boats to the shipwrecks also all have a toilet on board manned by an amazing crew who we now consider part of our family.
Our biggest vessel yet, Rasta, is currently around 90% completed and expected to enter service by the end of this year. She will be Coron's most impressive dive boat once entered into service.
We are speeding things up a little! Our very first diving speedboat will enter service by the end of this year allowing shorter travel time as well as faster return to Coron during emergencies and rescue. With comfortable seating, a sound system, and a roaring powerful engine, Rasta Dolphin is a great addition to our service.
This vehicle was custom built for Reggae Dive Center in Subic Bay from July 2024-October 2024.
Jeepneys are minibus-like public utility vehicles, serving as the most popular means of public transportation in the Philippines. They are known for their crowded seating and kitsch decorations, which have become a widespread symbol of Philippine culture and art.
This jeepney is proudly built from scratch for Reggae Dive Center. It has a 22-person seating capacity as well as a very generous headroom. Other features include a sound system, mini-TV, roof rack and state of the art side-entry system.
This jeepney was bought second hand in 2022 as an aid for quicker transfer of divers from our dive center to boat and vice versa. It has a powerful roaring engine and a sturdy build that can hold up to 18 passengers (depending on their size of course).
It has recently undergone a massive transformation in Manila involving improved headroom, better suspension, sound system, paint job and overall quality of the vehicle. It was completed on November 1, 2024.
